  • What can I expect during our time working together?
    I’m going to be upfront and honest about what’s not working for your business, while helping you rebuild those areas in a compassionate and intentional way. Clear and realistic deadlines for your projects will be set and I will work hard to exceed expectations and meet all deadlines. I will cheer you along every step of the way and remind you of your worthiness of good things for your business, and your life.
  • How will we communicate during our time together?
    As part of the onboarding process, we will discuss preferred methods of communication but the main platforms that I use are Zoom, Slack and email.
  • Do you offer custom packages?
    Yes! We can create a bespoke package that best suits your budget and your business needs.
  • Can I set up a payment plan?
    Of course! I believe professional business support should be accessible for all. For the Short-term Support Services, 50% of the investment is required when you sign the contract and the remaining amount is to be paid once the project is complete. We can discuss a payment schedule that works for you when you sign up for the Ongoing Business Management Packages.
  • I’m already swamped - how can I be an attentive client?
    At the very beginning of working 1:1 together, you will need to set aside a good chunk of time to get me integrated with your business. However, once the ball is rolling, you will only need an hour or so a week for check-ins, project review, etc. With my Elevate Intensives and CEO Consultations, I give you fair notice and ask you to set aside the necessary time for our appointment. After all, this is YOUR business we’re talking about and it should be a priority.
